Biography Mrs Patricia Lees-Rolfe has taught Sciences and Mathematics for over 40 years. She has worked in South Africa, Singapore and Malawi and has taught in 5 different educational systems. This has enabled her to adapt to different requirements and to understand the procedural exercises that need to be followed for each one. She has been a HOD in 2 of the school systems, so has further understanding of processes.

Biography Dr. Marimo is a well renowned medical professional who has over twenty-five years of experience in both medical practice and academia across Africa and beyond African boundaries. He has served at top management level of both research and academic institutions which include; School of Dentistry, College of Medicine & Health Sciences, University of Rwanda, Cavendish University Zambia, University of Zambia [UNZA] School of Medicine, Examinations Council of Health Sciences (ECOHS) – Department of Medical Education Development,. He has also served on boards and committees which include; Higher Education Authority of Zambia (2022), Health Professions Council of Zambia Investigations Committee (2022), Interim Chair, Research Group of the International Academy of Physician Associate Educators [IAPAE] (2018), Principal Consultant and Operational Chair; and Member of the Education and Liaison Committee of the Medical and Dental Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe (2008).

Biography Dr. Muchenelah Chibasa is a highly driven and accomplished professional with over a decade of experience at senior management levels, particularly in the realm of Health Regulation. Her career trajectory reflects a commitment to excellence, as evidenced by her tenure at the Health Professions Council of Zambia, where she navigated roles ranging from Director Inspectorate to Assistant Registrar-Training, ensuring compliance with health standards and training of health professionals thereby facilitating quality healthcare delivery. Her leadership extends beyond the confines of her workplace, contributing to various national committees and nonprofit organizations aimed at enhancing healthcare access and quality. In all her pursuits, Dr. Chibasa continues to exemplify dedication to her profession, combining expertise with a compassionate approach to improving health outcomes for communities.

Biography Mrs Sarah S. Tembo is a Marketing Strategist with over ten years wealth of experience. She has worked as a corporate sales Manager and Business Development Manager for famous and reputable brands among them; Dunlop Auto Tyres and Airtel Zambia. Before joining Manica University in 2024, she served as Marketing & International Relations Manager for Eden University, Lusaka, Zambia.

Biography Ms. Melody Zamulire is a renowned accountant with wide experience in the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Manica University as the Chief Accounting Officer in January 2024, she served in various institutions as an Accountant with experience in payroll management, accounting systems management, taxation and procurement.

Biography Mr Chisala is a Medical Licentiate practitioner and Public Health Specialist with over 12 years extensive background in Medical Practice, Health Care Management and Public Health. Before joining Manica University he served as Medical Licentiate/Clinical instructor/Clinical Care Officer at a District Hospital and Clinical supervisor/Team Lead under a USAID/PEPFAR JSI-SAFE Funded Project.

Biography Ms. Mini-enhle Beatrice Ndethi is a well-resourced administration officer who has over three years’ experience in the private sector. She is a qualified project manager. Prior to joining Manica University as Admissions Officer in 2023, she served as company administrator and commander for Vonlet Security Company Limited.

Biography Mr. Makowa, a Biomedical Scientist, has in the past three years taken a shift in his professional career by taking up roles of a biomedical engineer and machinery maintenance enthusiast. and is presently the Facility & Maintenance Officer. Before joining Manica University in 2024, he served at the University Teaching Hospital Paediatric Centre of Excellence as a researcher and biomedical scientist.

Biography Mr. Arthur Lees-Rolfe has worked in multiple sites in South Africa, plus for 6 years in Singapore before returning to South Africa where he had his own business. He also worked as an executive manager in a statutory regulatory organisation. Currently based out of Malawi where he has worked as an independent consultant, he brings a mix of experience of working in a global multinational company and as a business owner and shareholder.
